Junaid spent the first 8 years of his career working in external audit and gaining first hand experience of how businesses of different sizes operate, how strong financial reporting should work and where weaknesses in processes, controls and financial management can hold a business back. He later moved into Internal Audit within a large UK bank, developing an even deeper understanding of risk, governance, financial control and how well-run organisations make better decisions and manage risk more effectively.
